Yoga found me when I needed it most. It grounded me during a time when life felt unsteady, and it’s become something I return to again and again - for clarity, connection, and a sense of coming home to myself. I completed my 200-hour training at Galaxy, where my love for movement and community deepened even more. I grew up playing sports, with basketball being my favorite, but intentional movement came later. Through strength training, mobility work, and yoga, I’ve found a more mindful way to move, and a deeper connection to myself. I’m inspired by the rhythm of it all - the breath, the music, and the energy of moving together. In my classes, my intention is to create a space where you can show up as yourself, connect through movement and breath, and have a little fun along the way.
