My yoga journey began in 1997 as a college student curious about whether there was more to life than beer and pizza. I was immediately hooked by how the mind-body-breath connection made me feel more exhilarated and alive than any other form of movement had before. My classes are rooted in yoga’s ancient wisdom, harnessing its power to transform both physically and mentally. I aim to guide an accessible but dynamic flow with grounding meditation and breathwork, providing students the space to explore what their bodies and minds can do and tune in to what it’s time to let fall away. Outside of the studio, I write about humanitarian issues for an international non-profit. You’ll find me swimming, hiking, or paddling, goofing around with my family, or scheming about our next adventure.
