This month we’re exploring devotion, religious mystical love poetry, how we celebrate and liberate through our Tantric inspired yoga practices… and there’s a little bit of talking about Prince.

Let’s start off the New Year sustainably, with a sense of Sankalpah (intention) and Sadhana (dedicated practice and nourishes our spirit and soul).

We’re just a few days away from the opening of the studio, and I’m filled with gratitude for the overwhelming support I’ve received from so many of you - especially all of the amazing teachers who said “YES” when I asked them if they might want to teach for this crazy colorful new yoga studio I was wanting to open. I mean seriously, have you seen the people I’m lucky enough to teach with?

I’ve been waiting a long time to say this: welcome to the galaxy!
