Ashley’s favorite type of yoga class is one where you leave feeling open and vivacious, embody a lightness post savasana, sense the energy cultivated by your practice, and have a subtle smile across your face for the rest of your day. Things you will hear in her classes: vibey music, laughter, nerdy jokes, encouragement and a lot of breathing. Things you will feel in her class: support, challenge, balance of pace and energy, and confidence to bring your most authentic self forward without judgment. Ashley is enthusiastic and playful, and loves to hold space for yogis at every point on their yogic adventure. Ashley is an E-RYT 200 who has been practicing since 2012, completed her 200 RYT in 2019, and completed a 100 hour training on Yoga: Social Justice & Equity in 2020.
