Kaitlin is a vibrant, adventurous, and caring yoga teacher who finds joy in nature, community, and the healing power of movement, breathing, and mediation. Yoga has been a cornerstone of her life for more than a decade, evolving from personal practice into a passion for guiding others through an integrated holistic yoga practice that nourishes body, mind, soul,and the community at large. She earned her 200-hour CYT in January 2025 through an immersive training in Costa Rica and returned inspired to share yoga’s transformative benefits with her community.
Deeply committed to creating spaces where people feel supported and safe in their healing journey, Kaitlin holds a Trauma-Informed Yoga certification through Yoga X and is certified to teach trauma-informed yoga to youth through the Art of Yoga Project. She believes that yoga can provide a healing community for all and offers practices that foster trust, empowerment, and self-compassion.
Kaitlin teaches a variety of styles, blending Eastern traditions, nervous system regulation techniques, and functional medicine that intertwin the 8 limbs of yoga and encourage students to take their practice off the mat and discover what it means to live yoga. Her classes are welcoming and inclusive, designed to nurture resilience and cultivate a sense of love and belonging for all who attend.
